1. Discuss the difference between God’s definition of good and our own (see Psalm 53). Do you see why Jesus responded to being called good this way? Do we live in a way that shows off God’s goodness or our own?
 

2. Discuss why it can be hard to obey and follow Jesus. What are the things in this world that we are tempted to love more. Is it hard to live for the eternal next life at the expense of this one? How do you do that? How have you done that?
 

3. What are the ways in which money is a dangerous trap that programs us?
 

4. Discuss how salvation is impossible for man but possible for God.
 

5. Does the promise of more in the next life drive you to live sacrificially? Is it a motivator?
